- S & V was permitting counsel in the redevelopment of a vacant commercial area into a multifamily rental project with ground floor retail.
- The two nonprofit organizations, including our client, North Shore Community Development Coalition, and our client Action, Inc., collaborated with community stakeholders in order to design and develop a building that compliments historic Main Street in downtown Gloucester.
- Project was approved using Chapter 40B, and includes the use of the federal low income housing tax credit.
