Kate’s legal practice is focused on real estate development, permitting, land use and zoning. She works
on a range of matters related to the acquisition, disposition and development of complex commercial,
residential and mixed-use development projects. She has extensive experience in researching and
reviewing land records, title review and resolution of title defects, real estate surveys, zoning reports
and information pertinent to transactional due diligence.
Kate routinely works with planning boards, zoning boards, conservation commissions, boards of
selectmen and city and town officials as well as state and federal regulatory agencies.
Kate is a seasoned title attorney having spent the last several years focusing on residential conveyancing in her own practice. She also served as in house counsel to an international wireless telecommunications company where she routinely represented the company before municipal boards across the country for the construction, alteration and relocation of wireless telecommunication facilities.
Kate has also served as a member of the North Andover Planning Board and the Andover Zoning Board of Appeals.
